Dior House celebrates its 70th anniversary with an exhibition organized together with the Musée des Arts Décoratifs, Paris. On the total surface of 3000 sq meters Christian Dior’s life and his creations are complemented by the works of couturiers who succeeded him: Yves Saint Laurent, Marc Bohan, Gianfranco Ferré, John Galliano, Raf Simons and Maria Grazia Chiuri.
Alongside the dresses you will find fashion photographs and hundreds of documents, including illustrations, sketches, documentary photographs, letters and advertising documents. Fashion accessories, hats, jewelry, bags, shoes and perfume bottles are accompanied by the works of art collected by the couturier during his life.
The exhibition will run from 5 July 2017 to 7 January 2018 and is an absolute MUST when you are in Paris.
